woke up early this morning as the days ive been training is tested once again.
Swift meet happening right across the expressway. Yes, its happening at Toa Payoh stadium. its been awhile since they held it there. Usually, it was at Gombak. well, lucky for me, i would just have to walk over.
despite the competition atmosphere and perspiring after my warm up. i found out that i was the only long jumper under the women's open. well, i totally didnt expect that no one was gona jump but me. i had to wait till 10am to confirm that its just gona be me, myself and i before i can make my way home. i didnt really waste my morning, i managed to do some bounding since ive not trained the past 2 days.
Michelle was with me the whole morning. both of us were rather lost as there werent any start list to our open event. as for her event, it was just her and her training partner..so it was like training to them.
Dilah, came too. semangat jugak die. she was pissed too but at least got her out of the house in the morning.
this afternoon, sis and had made plans to go out and shop but to our surprised, we are expecting company our at our place later this evening. mom, sis and i were really shocked and pissed at whats happening internally in the family.
when girls/ ladies are pushed to their limits to stand on their own. Dont be shocked at the outcome. some will breakdown but never look down on us. cause we too can be independent.
