it seems that ive been emotional these days.things happened unexpectedly and it touched me that i break down.no matter where or when..thats how bad it is.
i realized how things have been going around but i didnt bother to make an effort until it became too late and i begin to feel guilty.guilty that it was partly my fault for not being there and guilty that ive not been that person that you can turn too to talk.i feel like a failure.
today was supposed to be a happy day but people rather be an ass and spoil the day for everyone.though i am not involved in whatever is happening,i still feel as though that people should considerate about other people's feeling.if your motive is to show our sour face and insincere presence, then its better off that person dont turn up at all.
what a waste to be blessed with such a perfect weather, place and company. but just because u rather drag everyone down, you ignore everything else.theres nothing else to be said or rather i should stop here.

set the alarm!
i could have another hour of sleep.1 hour.it so precious to me now days. even 5 minutes makes a lot of difference.but instead, i jumped out of bed and rush through breakfast and ran out of the door cause i thought i was late.but after reaching Toa Payoh, i realized i was gona be 1 hour early for class! i was so pissed with myself that i just cant explained.so stupid!
i think one of the days, my body is gona breakdown and not move.im physically and mentally tired.i complained to my dad that i worked longer
hours then him 9.00am-9.30pm but i dont get paid.how sad is that!
with coach away, we still do our training but with lots of changes to the training plan.we modify it in a way we feel good after the session.for 2 days straight we jogged for 1/2 hr with walking in between.i know its not a big deal to some but its something to us.haha.like i said,i have 'baby lungs'.huhu!

lack of sleep!
3 hours of sleep.thats all i had on friday.i wonder how i survived morning training and 2 hours of class.well, training was alright cause we were doing training on our own.
class was fun!we did lab work..pricking each other's finger for blood and breathing hard to find out our VO2 max.it was really hilarious watching each other doing it.from the test, i found out that i got 'baby lungs'.hahhaa.that was what my lecturer comment on my results.plus, from the other test, it shows that ive not been training hard enough.i cant imagine if coach would to know about this.he would put me through some hard core training.
after class, azri,sean, mariam and i made our way to vivo for a meeting with Dah.after the meeting, both azri and i went to eat at our favorite place.wanted to window shop but i was afraid that i might be tempted to shop.broke pun nak shop eh..haha..thats me! so we end up hanging out at the sky park or whatever that its called.haha.
by night time, for the first time at 8pm i was falling asleep in the car as i was out with family.plus, i could really feel my tired legs.it just tell me how much my body needs to sleep.
TODAY. i woke up early again cause i had to make my way to pasir ris to attend to the spastic children's sports day.it was such an eye opening event for me.seeing all those kids enjoying themselves despite it was drizzling.and how all the volunteers and teachers were constantly keeping the kids hyped up and ensuring they were enjoying themselves.
after the event, the both of us went to tampines to kill time.on the way, we met aceh..
after walking around and had our tea, we took the bus to woodlands,cause i had to help out in the open house at school.that trip and time there was a waste of my time cause i end out going home without helping out in anything.such a stupid story to repeat.so i wont be telling you what happen.but it such was a waste of my time.
because of this, i had to cancel my trip to the beach.arggggg! sakit hati!

for the first time i feel like spending my time to catch up with sleep.i cant believe that the week has passed.it seems so fast.my days have definitely packed with classes and trg..
in the afternoon, my mom planned to head to arab st to buy cloth for hari raya.i know some people might think that its still early to shop for raya but please let me remind you that puasa is in 3 months time!
before heading to arab st,the dads' wanted to look at bikes.i have to idea they randomly want to look at them unless they intend to buy,which i doubt so.sadly, not even one shop we went to was open.
gave up and head to arab st. before the moms' went to do their search, we went to a watch shop.dad told me that they were have 50% discount.i thought of get a new one but instead, mom got a new watch.plus there werent any that attracted my eyes..
me and mom took atleast 2 or more hours finding for the cloths.i was hungry by then.
on the way home, we stopped by mackenzie rood to buy chicken rice.my fav!
some times when ever we are in the relationship. and we ever think that our half would be off with some one better then us, i think its an excuse that we actually deserve someone better.this would only apply if your half doesnt cares or doesnt treat you in the way you want them to.
i mean, everyone deserve to get that special treatment from youre special someone.but then again, it could be that youre at that point where you relationship has been stagnant for a period of time.

simply irresistible !
friday- for the first time in so many months/years, i woke up super early to train at 8am in the morning in school.but luckily training was easy.i dont think i could stand tiring training and go for class after that.i would just fall asleep.mentiong about class, sports and exercise module is a killer. i seriously have no idea what my lecturer was talking about.the people who was sitting at my table were looking at one another and randomly laughed cause at the back of our mind we all had the same thought ' wtf is he talking about' ..haha..it was like math lesson and then computer skill course.
later that night, i met up with him and made our way to the airport. faris was leaving for korea that night. when we got there, it was just us and his family. i was nice to meet his mom again and chatting with her.he'll be gone for 2 weeks and then might be flying somewhere again.
saturday- how i wish saturdays training could be at bishan.but i just cant stand the weather condition, it was hot. whereas gombak is humid.singapore singapore..
in the evening, i met him and we had to bugis to buy masks.we were on the way to a birthday party. its his classmate,celebrating her 21st bday.its always crazy when the 3 musketeers are together.the party was alright.great place.i wonder what should i do for my upcoming bday.hmmmm.hehe (:

what a record!
i started my day with a morning class on Personal Training.it was a module something like genevieve's module.we heard from our seniors that she's more bias to boys then girls.when she did an introduction on herself, i realized it was the case because she works with the army guys for years.so i guess that explains why.
after class i rushed to ASD, cause i had to meet up Ms Nance.that was at 12pm.when i reached the office, she told me that my appointment was at 2pm.i was like..'what~~?!' knowing the he was on the way already, i meet him at causeway point to have a super light lunch,it was more of 'alas perut'. we also managed to get tickets for Iron Man 2.after that, i made my back to school for my meeting.
after 1 hour meeting, i went back to causeway point to catch the movie and have dinner.the movie was alright.i took a nap cause i was really tired.hehe.but overall its one cool show.so,after dinner, i make my way back to school for the 3rd time in a day.i felt really stupid.i think the security guards would wondering whats wrong me.nothing better to do but to go in and out of school.
so yes, for the 3rd time in the day i went to school cause of night class.it was alright.the whole class were busy discussing on class day.apparently kia whee took over and decides that all of us should go to Bintan for a couple of days.as usual,sean was thinking logically about the expenses needed for this outing.he is like the lawyer in the class.haha.
i cant wait for OUR plan to happen!

the big one .
today was filled with jokes and bloopers by azri and i. BUT im only gona mention his. :P
firstly, i started my day with a massage.ive been looking forward for this day cause i need to release my tight glutes.
i had lunch at causeway with him after massage.many things happen while we were on the way back to school.we walked to the bus stop near civic center. intend to take the bus from there. as we were waiting, mariam walked passed.she was walking to school.but lazy us decided to continue waiting for the bus.here's HIS blooper;as the bus was approaching,i was busy playing with his iphone while was supposed to flag for the bus (which he didnt) when i looked up, the bus just drove by.i was surprised.apperently, he didnt stop the bus either that the bus driver didnt see him.either way, due to that, we had to walked to school.it was such a humid afternoon.and we were drenched in our perspiration.i mean really drenched.haha..
thanks to the massage, we had easy training.hehe (: we only did medicine ball.after training, mariam accompanied me to the silat training ground and we hang out there.at one point of time,the 3 of us were shouting at one another because azri was blasting music using the speakers.it was hilarious.
night class was alright.today's it on exercise and sports science.ive got a feeling its gona be a heavy module.interesting but lots of readings to do.and the lecturer seem kinda serious when he talks.for the first time i feel wide awake.well,i hope i would feel that for more night classes to come. (:

party people!
today was the start of the new semester.week packed with classes both morning and night and not to forget training in the afternoon.
it was a nice surprise to see qaasimy after so long.we were standing on the escalator.i was infront while he was at the back.out of now where,someone took out my left ear piece out of my ear.when i turn to find out the culprit,it was him!
while i was walking to school,i met huilin who was going to school too.isnt it nice to meet old friends along the way.
morning class was alright, it was a module on sports analysis.its really interesting but sure lots of physics in it.night class was the best. class was supposed to be from 7-10pm with Dr edgar.but everyone only came to class at 7.30pm.on top of that,the management printed wrong notes for us.so theres nothing much he could do for class except went through introduction of 5 slides.but the highlight of the day was, he took out $50 and told us to order pizza.so we did,ordered from canadian pizza.once pizza arrived we were dismissed and that was around early 8pm.everyone was shocked.haha..thats the way things should start on the first day of class (:
most of the class went off,while a bunch of us stayed behind.as usual, both mariam and i were the only 2 girls behind. we were planning on our class day.with the kecoh guys (azlin,aaron,jeff,sherm,kia whee, jia yi and sean) im sure u would know how we're gona spend our class day.plus everyone would turn 18 by then.hehe (:
having a phone is a good thing but it sucks when i runs out of battery.i really need a spare phone.if only bro was around,he would definitely lend me his.for now,he is 'MIA' and leaving real soon.
great job to him for the presentation he did this afternoon.i wonder if the 'makcik' was listening to him present or admiring him.hmmmm.

my brown eye hero.
today has been my special day. i finally get to spent a proper day out with him.he looks neater with his hair short now.just wouldnt want to imagine him BOTAK. we managed to catch a movie at the Cathay, The Backup Plan. its really cute and funny..before that we had our lunch at PS.after the movie, we indulge ourselves with Ben & Jerry's ice-cream.yummy! its a big NO-NO for me actually, but its been a super long time since i had ice-cream,so its an exception today.hehe.
we decided to walk to somerset mrt station to burnt out some calories.so that we make ourselves feel better after the ouh-so-delicious-yummy ice cream.we walked and talked and made a pit-stop.and then we walked some more.as we were reaching the traffic light across the street from orchard central, i accidentally hit an uneven tile on the floor and broke my sandal.ive only worn it twice or thrice and now its broken. guess azri has to buy me a new sandal.hehe.he was so evil.he was laughing his ass off.i couldnt help myself but to laugh too.i made my way across the road to get to the nearest taxi stand. i was walking in a really funny manner and dear azri kept laughing. i took off my sandal and decided to wait for the taxi.
i called mariam so check if she was still around town. i told her the story and she started laughing too. well, it was really hilarious if u were there to witness it all. but im sad cause its the sandal that azri bought for me and i really like the sandal.hmmm.stupid tile!
so thats how my day end.tomorrow would be the start of new semester.back to classes.
i really enjoyed my day.spending quality time with you.treasuring every moment.both the happiness and sadness.its as if i just got to know you yesterday but its been 4 months now.time does flies when we are having fun.i hope we would pull it though any obstacle and stay strong as ever.ILY dear.

distance and time .
i spent the whole day in school. i had to wake up in the morning just to listen to them assigned roles to everybody, get busy with the cleaning up of the PE store which includes of standing under the sun to wash and dry the bibs and balls. luckily we have sherm who was a fireman for a while cause instead of using normal hose from a tap, we used the fire hose.i was helping him out, so technically i was the firewomen.huhu!
despite the hard labour work, we had free lunch. we filled our tummy with pizzas and chickens from KFC.that took us from 10am-2.00pm. then from 2.30 - 3.25pm we had some event in school that all scholars have to attend. it was the launch of the Visa card conjunction with the YOG coming up. plus there was a talk with Kerri Strug, Olympic gold medallist.
training was alright.today i just found out coach still thinks that im with a soccer guy.and if you know me.you should know who im referring to.ouh wells, let him think whatever he wants.haha
i wonder whats happening to the athletics' calendar. it seems that most competition is postponed/push back. i mean its a good thing,we have more time to prepare. but it just shows how poorly the management can be. well, we just have to give in to whatever reason they have.

so it begins..
yayness! today was really my day. i was so happy with the results that im still having doubts if my eyes saw the word that i prayed to appear in front of me. ouh snap! hmm.im really having doubts.hahaha.im serious. i know its not a big deal for some people.but it is to me! (:
both of us decided to head to town after that to have lunch since i was starving,plus we decided to meet up with faris at town. so its the 3 of us again having lunch at KFC. but azri's lunch was on me, cause according to him i have to blanja him..ermmmz :D
after lunch, we walked around ion just to kill time. i wanted to head home but faris insist that i join them for a meeting. but knowing it would be a long one, i decided not too. my 2 lovely guys sent me home before heading to arab st. for once i wonder if they can stop talking about work for a day.hmmm.i would be a challenged for BOTH GUYS.
tomorrow would be a long day. apparently i have to help out in cleaning up the PE store with shikin and the student leaders. the work was meant for the leaders,but the think is, i have to idea since when im a class leader. i didnt volunteer and i wasnt officially picked to be one. i was just being dragged into doing this stuff. all peggy's fault.sembarang je~
school is starting soon. dammz. it would be a packed semester this time.
i wonder when can i have my proper day out with him.

the only thing that keeps me going during training is because SEA juniors is around the corner. but now, it seems that there might be a slight change. coach told me that the competition is postponed till further notice. its because malaysia ( where comp will be held) has no money/funding for the comp.like wth? its 2 weeks away and now its being postponed. i suggested to coach if they could change to another country instead.cause i want to travel further.hehe. but coach cant say anything for now.
its been awhile since i jumped into the pit.and thats what i did for today's training.coach was rather annoyed with the way i jumped.im yet to get my techniques right.with that he place a hurdle in the pit so that i have to jump over it.it kinda reminds me when i was back in primary school. my ex coach used to put drain covers or the dustbin's cover in the pit just to make us jump up and far.haha..
after training, the 3 musketeers ( azri, faris and sherm ) picked me up cause we were having dinner together. but before that, we had to go for a debrief for Dreamplus somewhere around bukit timah. after that, we drove off to arab st for dinner.
tomorrow is the day.i really hope it would be my day.please please let it be..
