sat ur day
today's weather was really nice and for once it wasnt really hot and humid at Gombak.training was alrite but the hightly of the day was when we had an accident on the track.its the first time i see something like this happened.Dickson hit a primary school girl as he was about to do striding.it happened so fast and everbody was shocked.the next thing we know was that both Dickson and the little girl was on the track.
the girl was crying non stop.she even vomitted awhile later after being hit..pity the little girl,cant imagine if iffah was the one who got hitted by Dickson..huge difference in size man!
