survived today's training at Gombak today.i dont really like training there especially in the morning cause of the heat.seriously hot..and one thing,run up and Gombak dont go well together.haha.both just drain your energy out!
i had a long trip back home after training and i did my best to stay awake though i was really tired.never want to repeat history!hahah :P
i was supposed to catch up with my rest during the afternoon.but i didnt even get to lie down.so my afternoon was burnt doing other things rather then sleep.i just hope i get a good night sleep tonight.
i find it quite hard to fall asleep these few nights.ive no idea why.hmm.everytime i close my eyes,memories pass through me.
i spent my night watching Slumdog Millionarie with the sisters and my dad.its a really good show.i know its been sometime since the movie came out but i didnt have the chance to watch it..so if you're like me and is yet to watch it.go watch..'its destiny.'hahah
