mom is the best!
Today was my free day and I did nothing but rot at home. I was supposed to go out with my cousin but she had to cancel it due to some work..I was the last person to wake up today while everyone was already busy for the day.haha.after breakfast, I helped my mom in the kitchen,peeled the bananas to make ‘jemput-jemput’ my favourite!haha.its been awhile since I helped around in the kitchen.hehe.ish ish ish..anak dara ape ni.haha!
After that, I just stayed in my room.Lying down, read my book,on my comp or watching tv.haha.the only time Im out of my room is to go to the toilet or the kitchen.and in the kitchen, if I cant find any chocolates,I’ll just be opening and closing the fridge looking for something to munch on.haha.its a habit if im bored.really.my mom sometimes ask me what im looking for when I also don’t know.haha.just wishing a huge bar of chocolate would magically appear in my fridge!
In the afternoon, I managed to catch up with my mom after her busy morning.we had our talks.hehe.i think im comfortable letting my mom whats going on in my life.not everything,just some things.haha.sometimes talking to friends is easier but talking my mom is like she some sort knows what im going through cause she’s been through her teenage years too.well difference in generation is besides the point, she’s my mom after all.i do argue with her sometimes, but at the end of the day she’s the one I turn to when I needed help.
Later in the evening, I followed my parents to visit my ‘Dadu’ (grandfather in Pakistan).i have no relationship with him but he kinda regards me as his granddaughter..so yeah.one thing about him is that he is good at massaging people and he is blind.yeah..BLIND.i think he’s partially blind..so he sees shawdows.thought he doesn’t have the ability to see people visually but he can picture you have a conversation with him.he too can describe what kind of person you are by the way you talk..no joke man.he described about my sisters and i to my dad when we visited him during Hari Raya and his descriptions were quite too.haha.superpower!
After my visit, I did my report on Arafura.i hope I did okay.its my first time making a report on an overseas trip.it cause im part of the editorial board this year..so yeah.first article from nuruljannah.haha :)
Many things happened in a week but to this someone.i really pity,injury after injury.so terok..haha.pls takecare.it sucks being injured,it can take months to recover.ive been there before so yeahh..i hate it.who likes being injured anyways..
